SHIPPING & RETURNS

Three Kings Sportswear will ship your product for free within the United States (n.b. - a shipping surcharge will be applied to foreign orders) via USPS, FedEx, UPS, et.  Our expectation is that your product will ship the day we receive your order, or on the next business day, and we will do our best to provide you with a tracking number, so that you can track your package until it arrives.  To the extent that you are not fully satisfied with your Three Kings products, please email us at support@threekingssw.com to describe your issue, and we will send you a postage paid envelope to return your product or exchange it for a new one.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with any of your Three Kings products, please let us know by emailing us at support@threekingssw.com.  Please provide us with your order number, your issue with the product, and whether you would like to return the product or exchange it.    Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.  Three Kings will send you a paid envelope to return the product, and either credit your account, or ship a new product.
